I’ve just jumped into the much-talked-about OpenClaw.
Since I happened to sign up for the $100 Claude Max plan for some reason, I don’t have to worry about running out of tokens for now.
It’s still an early version, so there are quite a few rough edges, and from a security point of view there are definitely aspects that could be risky. That said, as a “toy” with the potential to expand into services that big companies can’t easily offer yet, I think it’s worth experiencing.
I’ve installed it on a MacBook at home that’s mostly been sitting idle, and for now I’ve only set up the Discord integration. I’ll gradually explore what kind of personalization is possible.
