Hello, World

“Hello, World” is the message being used when you are learning a software language for the first time. Almost every software language provides a small program printing this message1) to illustrate its basic syntax.

Although I have almost 20 years of experiences in software development and data engineering, most of my experiences are from non-English regions. In other words, I’m an experienced newbie here in US. Like Hyun Jin Ryu2) of 2013.

So I’d like to say “Hello, World” as the beginning of this site.

1) For more about the “Hello, World!” program, see the wikipedia page.

2) The year of 2013 was Hyun Jin Ryu’s first year in MLB, but he was already a famous 7th-year player in South Korea at that time. For his career stats, see MLB.com.
